Just a few quick reminders, and some great news for bodybuilders:
- Please make sure you read your handbook, located here.
- Powerlifters should wear knee sleeves and not knee wraps.
- Bodybuilders, please make sure you email your 60-90 second posing music to me by 9/24 at email@example.com. I have only received music from three bodybuilders so far.
- Bodybuilders do NOT have to wear masks during their posing routines.
